Ishmael: Blog #2 "Start Of MAN"

...Some people say that the world started from the big bang and that we evolved from fish or some other animal. I think that we evolved from the monkey/gorilla. This is probably the most realistic opinion because us humans have 26 chromosomes and the monkey/gorilla has 23 chromosomes. This is the nearest animal that relates to man. I personally don't believe any of this. I think that we just all of a sudden appeared from a species and not from Adam and Eve. A lot of people think many different things about how man evolved. This is something that has also been a mystery for billions of years and it will keep on being a mystery about the evolution of MAN...

Quote: "With man gone, will there be hope for gorilla?"

Question: Would the gorillas actually live better without humans?

Comment: I personally think that there will be hope for the gorilla because they don't need us humans for them to live. The animals could feed themselves and they know how to do many things with out us. Without us humans, they would actually do better because they wont have any human interference. also without us they would do ok because we would not be polluting their area.

Modified Research Question

what impact did the Industrial Revolution have on the world?

I decided that this would be a very good research question due to the fact that this is something that is personally interesting, it is researchable, not overly opinionated, broad enough to find lots of information, narrow enough to give paper focus, and it is clear.

This is a question that i would not mind researching and that is very clear. this question is cultural, historical, and economical. another reason i chose this question was because it realates to the text that i am currently reading

Quote:"The Industrial Revolution was something that really changed the world. It is something that is still going on now"(Research)

Question:"Why is the industrial revolution called a revolution?"

Comment: Revolution means a sudden, complete or marked change in something. even though we still changed from doing it manually, we do it with machines. this is something that happpened through a small period of time. this revolution was something that had changed everything even up to today. this revolutionary movement is something that really impated everybody and everyone. the industrial revolution, helped to increase the production of many things. but, also with this happening, we came up with alot of different inventions such as the steam engine. during this time period, we discovered many different things that helped the factories. also, we discovered things that we can do with ion and steel.

Research Question Task #1

Book: Author:
Franksenstein Mary Shelly

Well, this book is based on the Industrial Revolution. Even though this is a fiction book, it somewhat related to the industrial revolution through the charecter and what they do. The Industrial Revolution took place in the 18th-19th century.

As I stated, the Industrial Revolution took place in the 18th-19th century. This took place in Europe and then started to expand to North America and eventually the whole world.

One good research question would be:
Why did the industrial revolution actually count as a revolution?
